The Flamenco Dance Studio London (FDSL) opened on spring 2006 given the interest of a group of flamenco dance students in continuing learning and improving their Spanish flamenco dance training in London, Ontario. Our main goal is to organize and build a community of dancers trained in Spanish Classical Dance and in Flamenco, sharing our love for dancing with respect to every human being regardless of their social and cultural background. We coordinate all kind of events related to this art, mainly in South Ontario but also across Canada & USA with our studio partners and/or intermational guest artists.

The Flamenco Dance Studio London has been nominated to the Award "Liderazgo Latino" 2010, under the category Culture. The award is organized by the Magazine Latino in London, Ontario, as "Premios Liderazgo Latino". The recipient of the award is selected by online popular vote and a local journalist panel. We encourage you to support the promotion of flamenco arts, music and dance initiative of our organization by VOTING ONLINE. Voting is very simple; you just need to follow these steps and you can submit one vote every day:

1. Visit the Latino Magazine website at: http://magazinelatino.com/voting/members/login.php
2. Get registered and write down your log-in and password.
3. Look for the CULTURA (Culture) category in the second middle column and vote for FDSL or Flamenco Dance Studio London.

The awards ceremony will be hosted by Magazine Latino, London, and it will take place on Saturday March 27th, 2010 at the London Convention Center (300 York Street, London, ON) at 7pm. Tickets cost $15.00.
